Position Overview

The Consultant will support fintech organizations in modernizing their compliance and risk-management environments through technology, automation, data analytics, and improved operating models.

The position combines RegTech strategy, digital transformation, compliance automation, financial-risk management, process optimization, and technology implementation. The successful candidate will assess existing compliance frameworks and help design scalable solutions capable of supporting rapidly evolving fintech products.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess existing compliance and risk-management processes within fintech environments.
• Identify opportunities for automation and technology-enabled compliance improvements.
• Develop RegTech transformation roadmaps and implementation strategies.
• Evaluate compliance platforms, monitoring technologies, and workflow-automation tools.
• Analyze regulatory requirements and translate them into technology and process requirements.
• Design improved operating models for compliance and risk teams.
• Support implementation of automated KYC, transaction monitoring, and regulatory reporting solutions.
• Evaluate the use of AI and analytics within compliance-monitoring environments.
• Develop business cases for RegTech investments and transformation initiatives.
• Conduct process mapping and identify inefficiencies across compliance operations.
• Support data-governance initiatives involving regulatory and compliance information.
• Collaborate with technology, cybersecurity, legal, product, operations, and risk teams.
• Develop risk assessments, gap analyses, implementation plans, and executive reports.
• Support third-party technology assessments and vendor-selection processes.
• Monitor emerging developments in fintech regulation and compliance technology.
