Position Overview

The Specialist will support the development and improvement of technology-enabled banking products designed for individual customers and businesses.

The role combines digital product development, banking services, customer experience, financial technology, market analysis, and product innovation. The successful candidate will help ensure that banking products are easy to use, commercially effective, and aligned with the evolving expectations of Estonia’s digital financial-services market.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of new digital banking products and financial services.
• Analyze customer needs and identify opportunities for product improvement.
• Assist with product roadmaps covering accounts, savings, transfers, cards, and other digital financial services.
• Conduct market and competitor research across banking and fintech.
• Work with UX/UI teams to improve customer journeys and product usability.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on product requirements and feature development.
• Analyze product-performance data, customer adoption, and engagement.
• Support the development of personalized financial experiences.
• Identify opportunities for automation and digital innovation.
• Participate in product testing and launch activities.
• Gather customer feedback and translate insights into product improvements.
• Work with risk, compliance, cybersecurity, operations, and marketing teams.
• Develop product documentation, requirements, and business cases.
• Monitor emerging banking and fintech trends.
• Support continuous improvement across digital banking platforms.
