About the role

As a Recruiter, you’ll manage the entire hiring process for local and global roles, from sourcing to closing. You’ll create effective sourcing strategies, craft engaging outreach, and build strong talent pipelines for current and future needs.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for local and global roles.
Build effective sourcing strategies and craft compelling outreach to attract top talent.
Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.
Use tools like Greenhouse, Brighthire, and Gem to manage hiring processes and ensure data accuracy.
Analyze recruitment metrics and dashboards to track performance and make data-driven improvements.
Foster strong relationships with hiring managers, understand their needs, and provide updates throughout the process.
Contribute to team projects and share ideas to improve recruitment processes.

About you:

You have 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of sourcing and hiring across various functions and levels.
You have expertise in sourcing techniques, assessment methods, and interview strategies.
You have strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
You have the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
You have a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
