Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead strategic initiatives that drive brand visibility and customer growth beyond paid media
- Identify, assess, and launch new awareness channels and growth levers — such as partnerships, field activations, SEO programs, or expert communities
- Work closely with internal teams (Growth, Creative, Product, Ops) to bring ideas to life and measure impact
- Own project management, timelines, and cross-functional coordination for new initiatives (e.g., product launches, events, brand partnerships)
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, collaborators, and advisors
- Analyze performance, report on key metrics, and iterate based on learnings
- Bring a self-starter mentality and “founder’s mindset” to everyday problem-solving
