THE ROLE

As a BDR at Nextpoint, you’ll drive top-of-funnel growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospects for our eDiscovery and litigation management solutions. You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Client Success to build pipeline and spark interest among law firms and corporate legal departments.

This is a great entry point into a sales career — BDRs who excel in this role typically advance to Account Executive within 1–2 years, where they manage their own territory and book of business.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Prospecting & Outreach

  • Build and prioritize strategic target account lists within defined territories
  • Execute outbound campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Respond to and qualify inbound marketing leads
  • Research prospects to understand their needs and key decision-makers
