Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Specialist based in Tallinn, with opportunities for remote work. The Business Development Specialist will focus on identifying business opportunities, conducting market research, generating leads, and building relationships with clients. The role also includes communicating effectively with stakeholders, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting the organization in achieving growth goals.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to assess opportunities, trends, and market data
• Proficiency in communication, including presentation and interpersonal skills
• Experience in lead generation and building a pipeline of potential clients
• Ability to perform market research and competitive analysis
• Customer service skills to build and maintain positive client relationships
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Experience in business development and/or sales is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are advantageous
