A day in the life (Responsibilities)
- Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts and business verticals
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Work closely with management team and key stakeholders to develop market expansion plans that align with our company goals and capabilities
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team to achieve better results
- Creating quotes, performing web and in-person demonstrations and logging activities into Salesforce
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts or territories
- Creating new and maintaining established relationships within your assigned market
- Working with senior management to establish sales goals and increase market share & revenue
- Working with our marketing team to construct marketing material and presentation collateral as needed
- Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel
- Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards
