As our UX Writer, you will own UX writing across the Baltics, creating and evolving copy for digital journeys, web pages, and tools.

• Own UX writing across the Baltics, setting direction and quality standards for digital copy.

• Take responsibility for written content in digital experiences, ensuring clarity, consistency, and user value.

• Translate business goals, regulatory requirements, and user insights into clear, actionable copy in close collaboration with design, product, legal, and business teams.

• Contribute to usability testing, turning insights into strategic content improvements.

• Organize localizations in collaboration with the Baltic Communication team, who support translations and consistency in local languages – while you remain accountable for the overall content experience.

• A proven track record as a UX writer or copywriter for digital products or services.

• Excellent written communication skills in English and Estonian.

• A strong sense of ownership and the ability to drive content quality across multiple products and close collaboration with stakeholders.

• Ability to effectively advocate for the user and present copy direction to the team.
