We are seeking a UX/UI Designer to help design and refine web and mobile applications, ensuring that our digital products are visually consistent, easy to navigate, and aligned with user expectations.

About the Role

As a UX/UI Designer, you will translate product requirements and user needs into intuitive interfaces and practical interaction flows. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready design specifications.

This position is suitable for a designer who has a strong eye for visual detail, understands user experience principles, and enjoys working through design problems in a collaborative product development environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user interfaces for responsive websites, web applications, and mobile products.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mock-ups, interactive prototypes, and detailed design specifications.
• Translate product briefs and functional requirements into clear, user-friendly interface solutions.
• Apply consistent typography, colour systems, spacing, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
• Conduct usability reviews and support user testing to identify navigation and interaction issues.
• Collaborate with product managers to clarify requirements and align design work with product goals.
• Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
• Maintain and update Figma files, reusable components, and shared design libraries.
• Ensure consistency across screens, devices, and user journeys.
• Apply responsive design principles and accessibility best practices.
• Review existing interfaces and recommend improvements based on user feedback and usability findings.
• Participate in design critiques, sprint planning, and cross-functional product discussions.
• Prepare design handoff documentation, interaction states, and relevant interface assets.
• Stay informed about emerging UX/UI practices, digital design standards, and relevant industry trends.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in UX/UI Design, Digital Design, Interaction Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 2 years of experience designing digital interfaces for websites, web applications, or mobile products.
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with prototyping and collaborative design tools.
• Good understanding of user experience principles, visual design, interaction patterns, and information hierarchy.
• Experience producing wireframes, high-fidelity mock-ups, and interactive prototypes.
• Understanding of responsive design across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Familiarity with accessibility principles and inclusive design practices.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development workflows is beneficial.
• Ability to interpret product requirements and convert them into practical design solutions.
• Strong attention to detail, visual consistency, and design quality.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to incorporate feedback constructively.
• A portfolio demonstrating relevant UX/UI work is required.
• Professional working proficiency in English; Estonian language skills are an advantage where relevant.
