Key Responsibilities

• Support digital treasury processes across cash management, liquidity monitoring, payments, and financial reporting.
• Analyse cash-flow and transaction data to identify trends, discrepancies, and operational requirements.
• Work with technology teams to improve treasury-related systems, interfaces, and reporting capabilities.
• Support integration between banking platforms, payment systems, accounting tools, and internal financial applications.
• Monitor system-generated treasury information and investigate data or processing exceptions.
• Assist with reconciliation of financial transactions across multiple platforms.
• Develop and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and documentation.
• Participate in testing and implementation of treasury technology improvements.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive financial processes.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, engineering, and compliance teams on technology-related initiatives.
• Maintain accurate process documentation and contribute to internal control improvements.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in fintech, banking, treasury technology, payments, or financial operations.
• Degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Good understanding of digital payments, financial transactions, and banking systems.
• Experience working with spreadsheets, databases, reporting tools, or financial platforms.
• Knowledge of APIs, system integrations, or automation is an advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
