Technology Project Manager – Digital Transformation

A growing technology-focused organisation in Estonia is looking for an accomplished Technology Project Manager to coordinate important digital transformation and business technology initiatives.

This is a highly collaborative position for someone who can take a project from an initial concept through planning, execution, testing, implementation, and post-launch improvement. You will work with developers, analysts, business specialists, external partners, and senior stakeholders to ensure that projects remain organised, commercially relevant, and aligned with agreed objectives.

The role can involve projects spanning fintech, digital platforms, payments, business automation, cloud technology, customer experience, data infrastructure, and other technology-driven initiatives.

Your Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate technology and digital transformation projects.
• Define project objectives, milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams throughout project execution.
• Monitor budgets, resources, dependencies, and project risks.
• Facilitate project meetings and provide clear progress updates.
• Work with technical teams to translate business requirements into practical deliverables.
• Identify project challenges early and coordinate appropriate solutions.
• Support testing, implementation, documentation, and post-launch reviews.
• Develop reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.

What You Bring

We are looking for an organised and decisive professional with excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills. Experience with Agile, Scrum, digital transformation, software delivery, financial technology, or enterprise technology projects would be valuable. The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to quality and deadlines is essential.
