We are looking for a highly analytical Technology Analyst to evaluate technology requirements, improve business systems, and support the effective adoption of digital solutions. The Role

The Technology Analyst will work closely with business and technical teams to assess systems, document requirements, analyze processes, and identify opportunities to improve technology performance.

You will contribute to technology projects from initial requirements gathering through implementation and post-deployment evaluation, ensuring that solutions deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing technology systems, workflows, and business processes.
• Gather and document functional and technical requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into clear technology specifications.
• Support the implementation of new platforms, applications, and digital solutions.
• Identify system inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements.
• Develop process documentation, system specifications, reports, and analytical dashboards.
• Work with developers, infrastructure teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Assist with user acceptance testing and solution validation.
• Monitor technology performance and investigate recurring operational issues.
• Support technology risk assessments and maintain appropriate documentation.
• Research emerging technologies and evaluate their potential business applications.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across technology operations.

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will combine strong analytical thinking with practical technology knowledge. You should be comfortable investigating complex problems, asking precise questions, documenting requirements, and communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Attention to detail, structured thinking, and the ability to manage several priorities simultaneously are particularly important.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional experience in technology analysis, systems analysis, business analysis, or IT operations.
• Understanding of software development and technology implementation processes.
• Familiarity with databases, reporting tools, enterprise applications, or cloud technologies.
• Strong documentation and requirements-gathering skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
