As a Technical Training and Development Specialist, you make learning easy, relevant, and accessible for frontline teams in our operations with a headcount of over 450 employees. Through effective onboarding and upskilling content, our Associates ramp up faster and make fewer errors — leading to stronger site-level performance and a safer, more confident workforce. By professionalizing training delivery through LMS implementation, standardized e-learning, and data-driven improvement loops, you directly enable new technical category launches, multi-site training alignment, and faster new joiner ramp-up 🚀

We welcome you to our friendly office in Tallinn, Saeveski area, just a quick bus/train ride from the city centre.

Key Responsibilities: Build, Create, Track, CoordinateI. Build the Systems (LMS Administration & Content Standards)

  • LMS management: Serve as primary key user — manage users, content assignments, learning paths, and compliance tracking, ensuring the LMS is the single source of truth for training records.

  • Maintain Content Standards: Keep the content library and documentation framework current, applying standardized templates and updating materials within one month of any process change.

II. Create the Content (E-Learning & Digital Learning)

  • Design E-Learning: Apply structured frameworks (e.g. ADDIE, SAM or similar) to build engaging modules with clear learning objectives and embedded knowledge checks.

  • Reduce Trainer Load: Convert theory content to digital formats, cutting trainer-manned hours per cohort while maintaining quality and learner satisfaction.

III. Track the Impact (Data, Analytics & Reporting)

  • Report on Training Health: Build and maintain regular reporting on completion rates, knowledge check results, and new joiner ramp-up time.

  • Find the Gaps: Use pivot analysis and LMS data to surface learning gaps and improvement opportunities before they become operational issues.

IV. Coordinate Delivery (Stakeholders & Project Ownership)

  • Own Projects End-to-End: Manage L&D projects from stakeholder brief through delivery and impact review, aligning rollouts with operational go-live timelines.

We would love to hear from you if you master

  • Instructional Design: Proven experience applying modern learning methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, or similar) to design e-learning with clear objectives and embedded assessments.

  • LMS Administration: Hands-on experience as an LMS key user: course assignment, user management, learning paths, and reporting.

  • Data & Reporting: Comfortable working with training data, able to build regular reports and use pivot analysis to track completion, knowledge checks, and ramp-up trends.

  • SME Collaboration: Experience extracting knowledge from Subject Matter Experts and translating it into structured, scalable training content.

  • Project Ownership: Track record of independently managing L&D projects from brief to delivery, communicating proactively with stakeholders.

  • Language: Professional English as it is our company language.

  • Education: Higher education in andragogy, instructional design or human resources

Experience in a physical operations setting (e.g. manufacturing, logistics), familiarity with the electronics or refurbishment industry, or interest in learning technology and digital content tools would also be beneficial, but these are areas you can develop further on the job.

Why This Role Matters

  • Infrastructure, Not Sessions: You build the LMS, content library, and reporting systems that let the training function scale without proportional headcount growth.

  • Direct Operational Impact: Your work shows up in faster new joiner ramp-up, fewer process deviations, and stronger site-level performance.

  • Ownership from Day One: You own the practical execution layer end-to-end from LMS configuration to e-learning design to the data that proves it’s working.
