About The Job

We are looking for a System Analyst to join our team in Tallinn or Tartu.

What You’ll Do:

✔️ Analyse business processes and stakeholder needs, translating them into clear system requirements and solution designs

✔️ Create specifications, process models, data models, user stories, and other analysis documentation

✔️ Design and document REST APIs, integrations, and interactions with external IT systems

✔️ Collaborate closely with clients, developers, testers, and other stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle

✔️ Participate in project planning, backlog refinement, scope definition, and effort estimation activities

✔️ Help ensure that solutions meet business needs and are delivered according to agreed requirements

To Succeed in This Role, You Should:

👉 Have at least 3 years of experience in system and business analysis within software development projects

👉 Have practical experience with UML, BPMN, system modelling, and requirements specification

👉 Have experience designing REST APIs and integrating with external IT systems

👉 Have basic skills in SQL querying and working with relational databases

👉 Be confident working directly with clients, facilitating discussions, and managing stakeholder expectations

👉 Be proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to learn, grow, and take on new challenges

👉 Be a team player, who genuinely cares about clients, colleagues, and delivery quality

👉 Be fluent in Estonian and English, both written and spoken

Nice to have:

⭐️ Experience with public sector or government projects, including public procurement tenders

⭐️ Higher education in IT, business/system analysis or something similar
