About the Role

The Supplier Quality Engineer II is responsible for ensuring that suppliers meet the quality standards required for our products. This position offers an excellent opportunity to further develop skills in quality engineering and supplier management within a dynamic and innovative environment. The role involves working closely with suppliers to resolve quality issues, conducting audits, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. This position is ideal for individuals with a few years of experience in quality engineering who are looking to make a significant impact on product quality and supplier performance.
In this role, you will develop and implement supplier quality assurance processes and procedures, conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure compliance with standards, and collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions. You will support the inspection and testing of incoming materials and components to ensure they meet specified requirements, maintain accurate records of supplier performance and quality metrics, and prepare quality reports and documentation. Additionally, you will participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supplier quality and performance, provide support for data entry and analysis related to supplier quality, and enforce processes and procedures to ensure supplier compliance. Furthermore, you will participate in root cause and corrective action (RCCA) activities to address and resolve quality-related issues effectively
