About the Role

We are seeking a forward-thinking Strategist to analyze market developments, identify emerging opportunities, and develop long-term strategies for digital financial services.

The successful candidate will operate at the intersection of business, finance, technology, and market intelligence. You will evaluate industry trends, assess potential growth opportunities, develop strategic scenarios, and help senior decision-makers determine where resources and investment should be directed.

This role requires strong commercial judgment and the ability to move from high-level strategic thinking to practical recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop strategic analyses covering fintech, payments, digital banking, and emerging technologies.
• Research market trends, competitors, customer behavior, and industry developments.
• Identify new commercial opportunities and potential areas for expansion.
• Develop strategic scenarios, forecasts, and business cases.
• Evaluate the commercial impact of emerging technologies.
• Prepare executive-level strategy papers and presentations.
• Work with product and technology teams to connect business strategy with implementation.
• Track strategic initiatives and measure progress against defined objectives.
• Identify potential business risks and opportunities within changing markets.
• Provide evidence-based recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Strategy, Technology, or a related discipline.
• Experience in strategy, consulting, fintech, banking, technology, or corporate development.
• Excellent analytical and research capabilities.
• Strong understanding of financial and technology markets.
• Ability to develop structured business cases and strategic recommendations.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving ability.
