Solutions Architect

Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Solutions Architect to design scalable, secure, and commercially effective technology solutions for modern financial products and digital services. This role will bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution, ensuring that complex fintech requirements are translated into robust architectural solutions.

The successful candidate will work closely with Product, Engineering, Security, Data, Operations, and senior business stakeholders to develop technology architectures capable of supporting growth, innovation, integration, and long-term operational resilience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end technology solutions for digital financial products and platforms.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical architectures and implementation strategies.
• Develop integration architectures connecting APIs, financial platforms, databases, and third-party services.
• Evaluate system scalability, reliability, security, and performance requirements.
• Lead technical architecture discussions and design reviews.
• Develop architecture roadmaps supporting business growth and technology modernisation.
• Collaborate with engineering teams throughout the software-development lifecycle.
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, and architectural constraints.
• Establish architecture standards, principles, and documentation practices.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Support the integration of cloud services, APIs, data platforms, and enterprise systems.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in software architecture, solutions architecture, or senior engineering roles.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, microservices, cloud computing, and distributed systems.
• Experience designing scalable enterprise or financial technology platforms.
• Strong understanding of security and system-integration principles.
• Excellent technical leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
