ABOUT THE JOB

As a Software Tester in the Private Lending team within the Financing & Loans Tribe, you will join a highly professional international team developing and delivering financial products across the Baltic countries, including mortgage and consumer lending solutions.

• Make an impact by ensuring reliable lending solutions for customers across the Baltics

• Take ownership of test automation across back-end and front-end applications

• Work closely with developers, business specialists, and other stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle

• Grow your technical expertise while improving test coverage, quality standards, and delivery practices

,

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and test frameworks

• Translate business and technical requirements into effective test scenarios

• Perform functionality, regression, integration, API, and end-to-end testing

• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and support continuous delivery

• Identify and document defects, collaborate with development teams to resolve issues, and improve overall test coverage and quality practices

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in test automation

• Experience with programming or scripting languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript

• Experience with API testing and tools such as Postman, Rest Assured, or similar

• Familiarity with SQL and database validation, as well as Git or CI/CD environments.

• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum development practices

• Experience with Playwright or Selenium would be considered an advantage

• Experience testing microservices or cloud-based solutions

• Performance testing experience with tools such as JMeter or k6

• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes

• Familiarity with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar CI/CD tools
