What you’ll do:

• Design and build cloud-native applications, APIs, and integrations ranging from fast-paced AI prototypes to heavy-duty, long-term production platforms • Apply AI-driven development practices (e.g. Spec-Driven Development, Agentic Swarm Coding) in real client projects • Work hands-on with modern AI coding tools (e.g. Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot, and emerging agentic tooling) • Contribute to how we redefine software development ways of working – not just follow existing ones • Collaborate closely with clients and cross-functional teams, from design to production

• Strong software engineering background (Java or .NET preferred) • Solid experience in building cloud-native applications, APIs, and integrations • Practical understanding of how AI can improve software development workflows (you’ve implemented or experimented, not just read about it) • Curiosity and willingness to adopt new development paradigms • Strong communication skills in Estonian and English

Salary range:

• For mid-level position 2900-4500€ gross/monthly (full-time) • For senior-level position 4600-6000€ gross/monthly (full-time)

Final compensation will depend on factors such as relevant experience, role seniority, and skill set.
