What You’ll Do
- Generate original short-form content ideas across multiple brands (10–20+ viable concepts per month)
- Turn retail promotions, in-store moments, and seasonal campaigns into engaging, platform-native content
- Identify trends, formats, audio, and cultural moments early and adapt them quickly
- Present and explain creative ideas internally and occasionally to clients
- Collaborate with paid media teams to create content suitable for both organic and paid use
- Personally shoot and edit short-form vertical content (TikTok, Reels, etc.)
- Capture content on-site at studios, retail locations, and client environments
- Direct on-camera talent and produce fast-turn, mobile-first content
- Help maintain distinct brand voices across multiple accounts
- Stay current on platform changes and audience behavior
