ABOUT THE JOB

As Senior Risk Officer in Enterprise Risk, you will be part of a team responsible for developing and maintaining key risk management frameworks, including risk appetite, capital, pricing, climate risk, and other overarching enterprise risk frameworks across Baltics. In this role, you will take an active part in risk monitoring, assessment and reporting, and contribute to the design, maintenance and continuous enhancement of the core risk management frameworks, capital planning concepts and cross-risk oversight processes that support strategic decision-making.

• Own and improve enterprise risk frameworks (e.g. the risk appetite framework and bank-wide key risk indicators) aligned with strategy and regulation

• Lead risk identification, materiality assessment and forward-looking deep dives; propose mitigations

• Support capital and liquidity adequacy, stress testing and recovery planning; provide second line oversight and challenge

• Maintain internal capital analysis, methodology and reporting to support strategic decisions

• Deliver consistent, insightful enterprise risk reporting for management

• Partner with and challenge stakeholders across the first and second lines of defence to strengthen risk culture and governance

• University degree in economics, finance, mathematics, statistics, risk management, business administration, or similar

• Experience in risk or capital management, or a related area (preferably in banking or financial services)

• Understanding of risk frameworks and how they support strategy, planning and decision-making

• Familiarity with capital adequacy and stress testing concepts

• Ability to turn complex topics into clear, management-ready insights and communicate with senior stakeholders

• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to data, indicators and forward-looking assessments

• High ownership, integrity and attention to detail, with a continuous improvement mindset
