An established fintech environment in Estonia is expanding its regulatory technology capabilities and is seeking a Senior RegTech Solutions Consultant to design technology-enabled solutions for compliance, regulatory operations, customer verification, and financial risk management.

This role is suited to a professional who understands both financial regulation and modern technology and can translate complex requirements into practical systems.

The Mission

You will work across compliance, product, engineering, operations, and risk teams to improve regulatory processes through automation, data, and intelligent technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse regulatory and operational requirements and translate them into technology solutions.
• Design and improve digital workflows for KYC, customer due diligence, transaction monitoring, and regulatory reporting.
• Work with engineering teams to define functional and technical requirements.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual compliance processes.
• Evaluate RegTech platforms, vendors, integrations, and emerging technologies.
• Develop process maps, solution specifications, business requirements, and implementation plans.
• Coordinate testing and deployment of regulatory technology solutions.
• Support compliance teams in improving data quality, workflow efficiency, and reporting accuracy.
• Monitor changes in regulatory expectations and assess their technology implications.
• Work with stakeholders to identify operational weaknesses and develop sustainable solutions.
• Provide senior management with recommendations concerning compliance technology and digital transformation.

What You Bring

• Professional experience in RegTech, fintech, banking, compliance technology, business analysis, or financial-services consulting.
• Strong understanding of KYC, AML, transaction monitoring, regulatory reporting, or financial controls.
• Experience translating regulatory requirements into technology or operational solutions.
• Strong business-analysis and project-management capabilities.
• Familiarity with APIs, workflow automation, data systems, and digital platforms.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
