What You’ll Do

  • Own and optimize Zapier’s marketing operations infrastructure, including campaign operations, lead management, attribution, automation, and reporting.
  • Partner with Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to ensure seamless lead flow, accurate data capture, and efficient funnel management.
  • Build and maintain scalable processes and systems that improve campaign execution, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
  • Manage marketing automation and CRM workflows, including lead scoring, routing, lifecycle management, segmentation, and nurture programs.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide visibility into funnel performance, campaign effectiveness, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and proactively recommend improvements that increase speed, scalability, and marketing impact.
  • Support experimentation and growth initiatives by ensuring clean data, reliable attribution, and operational readiness.
  • Document processes, establish operational best practices, and create durable systems that allow the marketing organization to scale effectively.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and internal systems teams to evaluate, implement, and optimize marketing technology and tooling.
  • Help drive alignment across Marketing, Sales, and RevOps through strong communication, operational rigor, and shared visibility into performance metrics.
