Develop the software platform supporting sophisticated digital financial products, including customer accounts, transfers, transaction management, financial reporting, and automated operational processes.

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement scalable backend services for complex fintech applications.
• Develop account, balance, transaction, and financial workflow engines.
• Build APIs and asynchronous services supporting high-volume financial operations.
• Integrate banking platforms, payment gateways, identity providers, and external financial APIs.
• Design robust transaction-state management and recovery mechanisms.
• Develop automated reconciliation and financial-data validation processes.
• Optimize application performance, database queries, memory utilization, and service latency.
• Establish automated unit, integration, contract, and end-to-end testing.
• Participate in technical architecture reviews and platform modernization projects.
• Collaborate with product, cybersecurity, DevOps, data, and compliance teams.
• Provide technical mentorship to other engineers.

Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong experience with Java, Kotlin, Go, Python, Node.js, or equivalent technologies.
• Advanced understanding of REST, GraphQL, messaging, microservices, and distributed architectures.
• Strong PostgreSQL and database optimization capabilities.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD.
• Knowledge of OAuth, JWT, encryption, secure API design, and application security.
• Strong testing and debugging skills.
• Experience building transaction-intensive financial or enterprise systems is highly advantageous.
