Key Responsibilities

• Embedded Hardware DesignDesign and develop electronic circuits and high quality PCB layouts for embedded systems in compliance with defence and industry standards.

• Component Selection & QualificationSpecify and validate components for defence applications, ensuring reliable operation under harsh environmental conditions.

• Prototyping & VerificationDevelop engineering prototypes and support iterative testing, troubleshooting, and hardware validation activities.

• Hardware–Software IntegrationCollaborate on hardware–software co design, defining robust interfaces and supporting firmware integration and verification.

• Documentation & ComplianceProduce design specifications, BOMs, test plans, and verification evidence to support qualification and regulatory compliance.

• Manufacturing & Supply Chain SupportSupport procurement and oversee the transition from prototype development to full scale manufacturing.

• Design Improvement & OptimisationDrive continuous improvements to enhance performance, robustness, reliability, and manufacturability of embedded hardware.

We Would Love You to Have

• Educational BackgroundA technical degree or diploma in electronics engineering, computer engineering, or a related field.

• ExperienceAt least 5 years of experience in the design and development of embedded electronic hardware, including complex electronic circuits and PCB-based systems.

• Technical SkillsStrong electronic design and development skills, including schematic capture, PCB layout, circuit simulation, testing and debugging, and the creation of accurate technical documentation.

• Soft SkillsA proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
