Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to lead infrastructure automation, strengthen cloud operations, and improve software delivery processes. The successful candidate will work closely with development, security, and operations teams to build resilient systems, optimise deployment pipelines, and maintain reliable production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate application testing, deployment, and release processes.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Ansible, or comparable tools.
• Manage containerised applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and resource utilisation.
• Establish incident response procedures and support root-cause analysis.
• Implement security best practices across infrastructure and deployment workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve system reliability and operational efficiency.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least five years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or cloud infrastructure engineering.
• Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.
• Practical experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and CI/CD platforms.
• Proficiency in Linux administration and scripting with Python, Bash, or similar languages.
• Understanding of networking, cloud security, access management, and observability.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Professional English proficiency; Estonian language skills are an advantage.
