How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Establish and maintain compliance risk related internal regulations such as Compliance Risk Policy and Compliance Standards.
  • Establish and maintain the methodology of the Compliance function (2nd line) through structured self‑assessment.
  • Support colleagues with development and maintenance of core Compliance function (2nd line) methodologies and tools, including risk assessment, senior‑management reporting, and competence/capacity assessment, advisory frameworks, etc
  • Monitor regulatory changes and maintain compliance by performing regulatory mapping and maintaining up‑to‑date Compliance function regulations across the pan‑Baltic region.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address compliance‑related gaps, issues, and risks, and support the implementation of corrective actions
  • Enhance compliance awareness through internal regulation development, and internal training delivery.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • Proven experience in compliance (2nd line) and/or legal topics in banking, legal, or audit fields.
  • Excellent project management skills in planning, execution, and coordination, with strong writing and presentation skills.
  • Strong risk management skills to identify, analyze, and assess compliance risks.
  • Ability to work independently and support internal stakeholders regarding Compliance function core processes.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and high ethical standards.
  • Higher education, preferably in Law, Economics, Business Management or a similar field
  • Fluency in at least one local Baltic language (Estonian, Latvian, or Lithuanian).
  • Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level.
