ABOUT THE JOB

How You Will Make an Impact:
- Analyze payment system environments, integrations, and application components
- Map end-to-end payment flows (from initiation to settlement and reporting)
- Model business processes (user journey, process flow, data flow)
- Document requirements, describe tasks and specifications for developers
- Participate in systems testing, organize user trainings
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- 3-5 years’ experience in gathering, reviewing, analyzing business and technical requirements (functional and non-functional) in IT projects
- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical mindset and attention to details
- Stakeholders’ management skills (requirements gathering, workshops)
- Strong interest in technology
- Preferred educational background in IT, Engineering, Natural sciences (Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry)
- Would be considered as an advantage: Experience working with tools like JIRA, Confluence; Understanding payments schemes (SEPA, Target2, SWIFT); Experience in Agile and Scrum software development projects
- Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
