About the role

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst (Senior Business Developer) who will play a key role in shaping and improving our corporate lending products and processes. You will take an active role in developing and improving corporate lending solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs, regulatory requirements, and overall strategy.

• Translate and map business needs into clear requirements and user stories

• Lead and contribute to development of corporate lending products and processes

• Participate in functional and business testing (e.g., UAT, regression testing)

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, align processes and solutions across Baltic countries, implement updates to business instructions and processes if needed

• Taking ownership of complex topics, structuring work, and ensuring progress

• Previous experience as business developer / business analyst in product development area.

• Solid understanding of lending or financing products (experience with corporate lending will be considered as advantage)

• Experience working in Agile environment

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Ownership taking and accountability for results

• Ability to navigate complex environments and drive change

• Fluency in English language, and Estonian language
