About the role

As we scale ad spend on the platform, advertisers need a dedicated success layer to launch, optimise, and grow their campaigns with confidence. As a Senior Advertiser Success Specialist, you will be the technical counterpart to local Account Managers selling Merchant Ads and to the central commercial team running Brand Ads. You will own campaign set-up and execution, manage the ad operations behind the scenes, and deploy analytical craft to drive advertiser retention, optimisation, and growth. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Ads Operations, you will work alongside Sales, Account Management, Product, Engineering, and Design to remove friction from the advertiser journey, feed insight into the roadmap, and run the operational backstop that keeps the ads business running cleanly across 16 markets.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Own the technical execution of advertiser campaigns end-to-end across  ad products, from launch through in-flight optimisation, ensuring operational quality across multiple advertisers.
Partner with Sales and Account Management to retain advertiser spend, identify upsell opportunities, and convert renewals into multi-period commitments.
Run the manual operations behind ad campaigns, including credits, billing exceptions, reconciliation, approvals, and asset coordination, cleanly and on time.
Deliver the analytical layer behind advertiser performance, from regular reporting and check-ins to deeper diagnostics that turn data into next actions and renewal triggers.
Equip Account Managers and Sales with the data, materials, and operational answers they need to grow advertiser revenue, stepping in directly for high-stake accounts when a technical voice is required.
Surface advertiser feedback to Product, Engineering, and Ads Operations, translating friction points into product and process improvements.

About you:

You have proven experience in Ad Operations, Campaign Management, Customer Success, or Account Management within digital advertising, retail media, or marketplace environments.
You have a demonstrated ability to set up, run, and optimise ad campaigns end-to-end, with ownership of operational quality and performance across multiple advertisers simultaneously.
You have strong analytical skills, with the ability to read campaign performance critically, diagnose issues, and translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for advertisers and internal teams.
You are comfortable with data tools, including basic SQL for self-serve querying and BI dashboards; confident pulling your own numbers when the team needs a fast answer.
You are highly detail-oriented and process-driven, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, billing cycles, and operational workflows in parallel without things slipping.
You have proven ability to partner with commercial teams, equipping Account Managers and Sales with the operational support they need; experience in AdTech, retail media, or multi-market environments across Europe or CEE is a plus.
