How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Develop relationships with property managers and residents to promote Spectrum products and services
  • Achieve monthly sales goals by generating new leads and increasing sales volume in assigned MDU properties
  • Engage customers through door-to-door visits, lobby events and consistent follow-up
  • Assist existing customers by introducing additional services to generate incremental revenue
  • Resolve customer concerns according to Spectrum policies, ensuring issues are followed through to completion
  • Maintain awareness of competitor activity and share market insights with management
  • Attend sales meetings and training sessions to strengthen your knowledge and skills
  • Accurately complete sales documentation and handle customer funds in alignment with company guidelines
