How You’ll Make an Impact
- Develop relationships with property managers and residents to promote Spectrum products and services
- Achieve monthly sales goals by generating new leads and increasing sales volume in assigned MDU properties
- Engage customers through door-to-door visits, lobby events and consistent follow-up
- Assist existing customers by introducing additional services to generate incremental revenue
- Resolve customer concerns according to Spectrum policies, ensuring issues are followed through to completion
- Maintain awareness of competitor activity and share market insights with management
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions to strengthen your knowledge and skills
- Accurately complete sales documentation and handle customer funds in alignment with company guidelines
