ABOUT THE JOB

You’ll be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities for various clients. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual that will be part of an international team of consultants who are always ready to support you—and we never forget to have fun together!

Your Responsibilities:

  • Execute high-volume outbound activities including cold calls, emails, and social selling to initiate conversations.

  • Generate meetings and appointments for our clients.

  • Create value for our clients by providing good SQL.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all outreach activities and prospect interactions in the CRM.

  • Collaborate closely with teams to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified meetings and continuous improvement of outreach strategies.

  • Fluency in the Swedish and Polish languages is a must.

  • Professional proficiency in English (both written and spoken).

Who are you?

  • You have previous successful experience in B2B telemarketing and inside Sales with a strong track record in cold outreach and follow-up using phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.

  • Have agency background/experience.

  • A self-motivated individual with an entrepreneurial mindset and a drive for success.

  • Experience in the IT/technology industry is a plus.

  • Eager to learn and grow.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where we deliver top-notch services to clients daily.

  • It’s a plus if you live in Europe, but it’s not a requirement. But you must be willing to work in Central European Time zone.

  • You are available to work as a freelancer (invoicing every month).
