We are looking for an analytical and commercially minded Risk Manager to help identify, assess, and manage operational, financial, technology, and business risks within a growing organization.

You will work closely with management and cross-functional teams to understand emerging risks, evaluate existing controls, and develop practical strategies that protect business operations while supporting sustainable growth. The role is particularly suited to someone who enjoys combining analytical thinking with real-world business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate financial, operational, technology, and business risks.
• Develop risk assessments, reports, dashboards, and management recommendations.
• Monitor risk indicators and investigate significant changes or emerging threats.
• Review internal controls and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with finance, compliance, technology, operations, and management teams.
• Support business continuity and operational resilience initiatives.
• Analyze incidents and help develop preventative measures.
• Contribute to risk policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
• Present risk insights to senior stakeholders in a clear and practical manner.

What You Bring

Experience in risk management, finance, audit, compliance, banking, technology, insurance, or business operations is advantageous. Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, communication skills, and sound professional judgment are essential.
