Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Risk Manager to establish and strengthen enterprise-wide risk-management practices across business operations. The successful candidate will identify, assess, monitor, and report on financial, operational, strategic, technology, and third-party risks while working with management to develop appropriate mitigation strategies.

This position requires a structured and analytical professional capable of assessing complex situations and translating risk information into practical business recommendations. You will work closely with finance, operations, technology, compliance, legal, and executive teams to strengthen organizational resilience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise risk-management frameworks and procedures.
• Identify and assess emerging financial, operational, technology, and strategic risks.
• Maintain risk registers and monitor risk exposure across business functions.
• Develop risk indicators, reporting frameworks, and management dashboards.
• Conduct risk assessments for new projects, products, suppliers, and business initiatives.
• Coordinate risk-mitigation plans with relevant department leaders.
• Monitor incidents, control weaknesses, and recurring operational problems.
• Support business-continuity and operational-resilience planning.
• Analyze potential impacts of changing market and business conditions.
• Prepare detailed risk reports and recommendations for senior management.
• Coordinate risk reviews and internal control assessments.
• Promote risk awareness and accountability throughout the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• Professional experience in risk, audit, compliance, finance, operations, or governance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Understanding of enterprise risk-management principles and internal controls.
• Excellent report-writing and communication skills.
• Ability to evaluate complex information and make balanced recommendations.
• Professional risk-management certification is an advantage.
