About the Role

We are seeking a highly capable Risk Manager to develop, strengthen, and continuously improve risk management frameworks across a technology-driven financial services environment. This is a strategic role for a professional who understands how financial institutions can manage uncertainty while continuing to innovate, scale, and introduce new digital products.

The successful candidate will evaluate financial, operational, technology, fraud, third-party, and emerging digital risks, translating complex risk information into practical recommendations for business and technology leadership.

You will work across multiple functions, providing independent analysis while helping teams establish effective controls, monitoring mechanisms, escalation procedures, and risk mitigation strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive enterprise and operational risk frameworks.
• Identify emerging risks associated with digital financial products and technologies.
• Conduct risk assessments for new products, processes, systems, and strategic initiatives.
• Monitor key risk indicators and investigate significant deviations.
• Prepare detailed risk reports and management presentations.
• Collaborate with compliance, technology, finance, security, and operations teams.
• Develop appropriate mitigation strategies for identified risks.
• Support business continuity and operational resilience initiatives.
• Review third-party and technology-related risks.
• Contribute to internal policies, procedures, and risk governance standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
• Several years of professional experience in risk, banking, fintech, financial services, or a related environment.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Understanding of financial and operational risk principles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and professional judgment.
• Familiarity with risk-management systems and analytical tools is advantageous.
