We are looking for a commercially focused Revenue Operations Manager to build efficient systems connecting sales, customer acquisition, partnerships, pricing, and financial performance. The successful professional will use data and technology to improve revenue visibility, operational efficiency, and sustainable commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop revenue operations frameworks across commercial functions.
• Analyse customer acquisition, retention, transaction volumes, and revenue performance.
• Establish dashboards and reporting systems for commercial decision-making.
• Identify inefficiencies across sales and customer lifecycle processes.
• Collaborate with product, finance, marketing, sales, and data teams.
• Develop performance metrics and revenue forecasting models.
• Evaluate pricing and monetisation opportunities.
• Improve CRM, workflow, and reporting processes through automation.
• Translate commercial data into actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Support strategic initiatives designed to increase customer lifetime value and revenue efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in revenue operations, commercial strategy, business operations, fintech, SaaS, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of revenue analytics and business performance measurement.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Familiarity with CRM, reporting, and business intelligence platforms.
• Strong project-management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
