About the role

We are looking for a transformational leader with strong Project Management expertise to build and lead the operational backbone of project delivery across the organisation – a Project Support Office Manager.

You will drive project governance, reporting systems, operational discipline, process maturity, delivery standards, portfolio visibility, and project support functions across the business.

This is not a traditional PMO coordination role. We are looking for someone who can build structure, clarity, and predictability into complex delivery projects in a rapidly evolving environment.

The role is based in Tallinn as it requires close collaboration with operational teams and production, mainly based in Tallinn at our HQ. We are open to candidates willing to relocate from EU and NATO countries. Unfortunately, we are unable to hire outside those regions at this time.

The heart of it:

You will build and implement a scalable Project Support Office function that supports delivery excellence across the organisation.

You’ll do this through clear governance models, reporting structures, and project management routines while driving adoption and operational discipline across project teams.

You will report directly to the Head of Project Management and provide functional leadership across the Project Support Office disciplines, including:

  • Project Controller

  • Project Scheduler

  • Project Quality Manager

You are a highly disciplined and hands-on operational leader with experience improving project delivery environments in complex industrial or technical organisations.

You are able to lead and influence teams without direct line management responsibility, and you get ridiculously excited about bringing clarity and data-driven insight into projects.

You are someone who:

  • Builds a structure where processes are still evolving

  • Is comfortable driving change and accountability

  • Can move between strategic thinking and operational detail

  • Leads through credibility, collaboration, and execution

  • Understands that governance should support delivery, not slow it down

You likely bring:

  • Strong experience in project, programme, or PMO leadership roles within complex technical or industrial environments

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and delivery frameworks

  • Experience leading transformational change within PMO/PSO environments

  • The ability to inspire trust and belief in strong project management practices
