We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to coordinate complex construction and infrastructure projects from initial planning through delivery and completion. The role is designed for a professional capable of managing schedules, budgets, contractors, technical teams, documentation, quality requirements, and project risks within a demanding construction environment.

The successful candidate will act as a central point of coordination between architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, consultants, regulatory stakeholders, and project owners. The position requires strong commercial awareness and the ability to maintain project momentum while ensuring that construction activities meet established quality, safety, technical, and contractual requirements.

The Project Manager will also support the adoption of modern construction-management practices, including digital project documentation, BIM coordination, progress monitoring, procurement planning, and data-driven project reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage construction and infrastructure projects from planning to completion.
• Develop project schedules, milestones, budgets, and delivery plans.
• Coordinate contractors, engineers, architects, suppliers, and consultants.
• Monitor construction progress against approved plans and timelines.
• Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project costs, procurement activities, and resource requirements.
• Review technical documentation and support quality-control processes.
• Coordinate project meetings and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure appropriate health, safety, environmental, and construction procedures are followed.
• Provide regular project-performance reports to stakeholders.
• Support digital construction-management and BIM initiatives.
• Assist with project handover, completion documentation, and post-project reviews.

Desired Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Proven project-management experience in construction or infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and project controls.
• Excellent budgeting, scheduling, and risk-management capabilities.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple contractors and project priorities simultaneously.
