Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized Project Manager to lead complex business initiatives from initial planning through successful delivery. The position requires an individual capable of coordinating people, budgets, timelines, resources, and stakeholders while maintaining clear accountability throughout the project lifecycle.

The successful candidate will manage projects that may involve business expansion, technology implementation, operational improvement, infrastructure development, or organizational transformation. Strong communication and structured decision-making will be essential because the role will require collaboration across multiple departments and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and assign responsibilities.
• Monitor project progress and ensure key milestones are achieved.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, constraints, and potential delays.
• Develop mitigation strategies and escalate critical issues appropriately.
• Manage project budgets and monitor expenditure against approved plans.
• Coordinate communication between management, project teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Prepare project documentation, progress reports, and executive updates.
• Manage changes to project scope while maintaining appropriate controls.
• Conduct project reviews and document lessons learned.
• Ensure completed projects are properly transitioned into ongoing operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, Management, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong knowledge of project-planning methodologies and risk management.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Comfortable working with budgets, schedules, performance indicators, and project documentation.
• Professional project-management certification is advantageous.
