About the role

Responsibilities:

  • Lead customer integration projects from kickoff to go-live.
  • Plan and coordinate technical integrations (APIs, ERPs, scale systems).
  • Act as the main technical contact for customers during implementation.
  • Translate customer needs into technical requirements for the product team.
  • Document integrations and ensure smooth handover to customer support.
  • Participate in technical pre-sales discussions when needed.

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • Experience with integrations (scale systems, ERPs. different APIs etc.)
  • Strong communication skills and technical know-how.
  • Organisational skills — you’ll be working with many customers, and you’ll need to have expertise in place to keep all of their needs organised.
  • Comfortable managing multiple integration projects in parallel
  • Passion for the digitalisation of the logistics industry.
  • Fluency in Estonian language and strong written and verbal communication in English.
