ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a Production Engineer to join our production team and help shape how our products are built. You will play a key role in transitioning new products into production, improving production processes, and supporting the growth of our production capability.

What you will be doing:

• Support the transition of new products from prototype to production (NPI).

• Develop and improve production processes, tooling, fixtures, and production testing.

• Work directly with products by supporting assembly, configuration, testing, and production readiness.

• Support daily production by resolving technical issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing sustainable improvements.

• Ensure engineering changes, product configurations, and software releases are correctly implemented in production.

• Provide feedback to the Development team to improve manufacturability (DFM), testability (DFT), and production readiness.

• Train and support production personnel on assembly processes and best practices.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in Production Engineering or a similar role.

• Experience with NPI, manufacturing processes, and production documentation.

• Experience with ERP systems and BOM management.

• Good understanding of electro-mechanical products and production testing.

• Strong problem-solving skills and experience with root cause analysis and continuous improvement.

• Ability to work indepedently, take ownership, and make decisions in a fast-changing environment.
