Description
About the role
What you’ll do
• You’ll work closely with hospital IT teams, doctors, and healthcare specialists, and the development team to keep the product moving in the right direction. • Own the product backlog: write user stories, prioritize work, and keep the team unblocked. • Partner with client stakeholders to understand requirements, define scope, and manage change requests. • Support sprint planning and refinement, and help track epic progress against budget and schedule. • Act as the voice of the end user — understand clinical workflows well enough to push back when a proposed solution misses the mark. • Contribute to key documentation, including user stories, specifications, and process flows, and support UAT and client sign-off.
What makes you a great fit
• 2–4 years of experience as a Product Owner or System Analyst, with hands-on experience in system analysis and a solid grasp of process mapping, requirements engineering, and backlog prioritization. • A collaborative mindset and clear communication that make it easy to engage with both the team and clients, even when the topic is unfamiliar. • Confidence with technical topics like APIs, system integrations, and the development lifecycle, with the ability to follow discussions with developers and ask the right questions. • Eagerness to use and explore AI tools in your day-to-day work, with a genuine curiosity about where they add the most value. • You care about users and help clients make better decisions, not just turn requests into tasks. • Excellent communication skills in Estonian and English.
