As the Web3 Product Owner will work closely with the Engineering teams, Product designers,data analysts, and stakeholders to craft unique user experiences by leveraging the potential of blockchain technology.

• Produce detailed product specifications in the form of user stories with detailed acceptance criteria, complemented by descriptive aids such as wireframes and flowcharts where necessary, to ensure the development teams have all required information to deliver the desired outcome.

• Lead the product discovery process for assigned initiatives (including hypothesis generation, requirements gathering, design, and scoping) in collaboration with the product manager, product designers, data analysts, and engineers.

• Assist the Head of Product in ensuring that the product development backlog is properly organised, prioritised, and kept up-to-date.

• Contribute to the product vision, and champion this vision with stakeholders and the engineering teams.

• Ensure that proper analytics, tracking and data collection mechanisms are in place to understand user behaviours and/or product performance.

• Provide the necessary product support to the development teams as may be required to aid their delivery

• Work with other parts of the organisation as and when necessary to ensure the expected outcomes are achieved and are measured.

• Communicate product releases and the status of ongoing product development to the wider organisation.

• Hold effective demos and trainings with stakeholders for new product concepts and releases as and when required.

• Ensure that relevant product documentation and wikis are well maintained.

• Perform user acceptance & A/B testing of new product releases (or ensure co-ordination of) alongside the Product Designer.

• Continuously reviewing the product to identify areas for improvement and any deviations from the expected experience. ·

• Assist and support the Head of Product in any matters as may be delegated from time to time.

• Learning the market & customer needs through data and customer feedback.

• Facilitating workshops and leading meetings. Managing design sprints, user story mapping sessions, and lead discussions about customer feedback and Product requirements

• At least 2 years of experience working in a similar role

• An understanding of Blockchain/Web3 Technologies (Protocols, Wallets & Processes)

• A relevant academic degree or qualifications; preferably technology and / or business related will be considered a plus

• Prior experience in the gaming industry will be considered a plus.

• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing.

• Experience working with agile and remote development teams.

• Comfortable and confident working with both the technical and commercial sides of an organisation.

• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into solvable and easily understandable parts.

• Excellent decision-making skills, with the ability to logically measure risk against potential gain.

• A team player capable of building positive working relationships across the company.

• A keen eye for detail and a user centric mindset.

• Working with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Google Analytics, Github or equivalent.
