As a Product Owner, your mission is to lead an agile team and own the product and technology side of corporate statements, including bank-to-customer statements, digital statement services, SWIFT statement solutions, standards, integrations, and related data flows. You’ll shape reliable, compliant, digitally enabled, and user-friendly statement capabilities for corporate customers, translating customer, operational, regulatory, and technology needs into clear priorities and delivery requirements.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Own corporate statement capabilities — Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of bank-to-customer and SWIFT statement services, including formats, delivery channels, history availability, data quality, automation, and technical resilience
  • Define statement data and standards requirements — Clarify how transactions should appear in statements, assess SWIFT and ISO 20022 standard requirements, and coordinate required data with stakeholders
  • Lead agile delivery — Own and prioritize the backlog, define requirements and acceptance criteria, and guide the team toward reliable, maintainable delivery
  • Coordinate systems and integrations — Work across accounts, payments, channels, data platforms, operations, and IT to ensure correct source data, stable integrations, and consistent processing
  • Monitor product and technology performance — Track availability, incidents, data quality, integration stability, processing errors, delivery performance, and technical risks
  • Ensure compliance — Safeguard legal, regulatory, audit, retention, and customer agreement requirements across Baltic markets

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • Relevant experience — Product Ownership, agile delivery, cash management, corporate banking, payments, accounts, reporting, or digital banking services
  • Technology and cash management mindset — Strong interest in technology and understanding of how corporate customers use account statements for reconciliation, treasury, accounting, audit, and liquidity management
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills — Capable of working with data quality topics, customer feedback, incidents, and process gaps to drive practical, value-adding improvements
  • Stakeholder management — Ability to work with business, operations, compliance, data, and IT teams to manage dependencies and align delivery priorities
  • Agile leadership — Comfortable setting direction, making prioritization decisions, and supporting reliable, compliant, and technically sustainable delivery
  • Structured communication — Able to explain statement flows, system dependencies, and requirements clearly in writing and discussions
  • Product and technology awareness — Good understanding of integrations, data flows, statement generation logic, file formats, statement standards, data retention, and relevant cash management channels; SWIFT or ISO 20022 knowledge is an advantage
  • Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on Pan-Baltic level
