Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to take ownership of the strategy, development, optimisation, and lifecycle management of innovative digital financial products.

This position requires someone who can translate customer needs and commercial objectives into clearly defined product strategies while working closely with engineering, design, data, operations, risk, and commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, objectives, and measurable outcomes.
• Conduct market research and customer analysis to identify product opportunities.
• Translate business and customer requirements into detailed product specifications.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps and prioritisation frameworks.
• Manage product development from discovery through launch and continuous optimisation.
• Work closely with engineering and UX teams to deliver intuitive digital experiences.
• Define product KPIs and analyse adoption, engagement, retention, and revenue performance.
• Coordinate product launches, releases, testing, and post-launch evaluation.
• Gather customer feedback and convert insights into actionable product improvements.
• Conduct competitive analysis and monitor emerging fintech trends.
• Balance customer value, commercial objectives, technical feasibility, and operational requirements.
• Present product strategies, performance results, and investment proposals to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Product Management, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in product management, fintech, banking, SaaS, or digital technology.
• Demonstrated experience managing digital products from concept to market.
• Strong understanding of Agile development and product lifecycle management.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Familiarity with product analytics, experimentation, and customer research methodologies.
