We are looking for a commercially minded and highly analytical Product Manager to take ownership of digital products from early-stage concepts through development, launch, and continuous improvement. This is an opportunity for someone who can move comfortably between business strategy, customer needs, technology teams, and measurable commercial outcomes.

You will help define product priorities, translate business requirements into actionable roadmaps, and collaborate with designers, engineers, analysts, marketing specialists, and senior stakeholders. Whether the product involves financial services, digital platforms, business software, payments, or another technology-driven solution, your ability to understand users and turn ideas into practical products will be central to your success.

What You Will Do

• Develop product strategies aligned with organizational objectives and market opportunities.
• Research customer needs, market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
• Create and maintain detailed product roadmaps and priorities.
• Work closely with engineering and design teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear product specifications.
• Monitor product performance using customer feedback, analytics, and commercial metrics.
• Coordinate product launches, enhancements, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for automation, digitalization, and improved customer experiences.
• Present product strategies and performance insights to management and key stakeholders.

What Makes You Stand Out

You are naturally curious, commercially aware, organized, and comfortable making decisions in a changing environment. Experience in fintech, SaaS, banking, payments, technology, telecommunications, e-commerce, or another digital sector is welcome, but strong product thinking and stakeholder-management skills are equally valuable.
