What You Will Do

-Lead the growth and marketing strategy for a variety of DTC e-commerce products -Plan and execute paid campaigns across channels like YouTube and Meta -Analyze performance data to identify wins, cut losses, and scale profitably -Collaborate with creatives, media buyers, operations, and supply teams -Optimize ads, landing pages, offers, and funnels for maximum conversion -Present insights and recommendations to leadership -Stay ahead and act on market trends, competitors, and new growth opportunities

What We Expect

-Strong background in e-commerce within Marketing Project Management and/or performance marketing -Proven track record of successfully managing DTC or digital products -Ability to create content that resonates with target audiences -Strong communication and collaboration skills -Strategic thinking and experience in turning vision into actionable plans -Data-driven decision-making skills and experience tracking KPIs -Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment -Fluent in English and Lithuanian -Familiarity with analytics and marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, A/B testing tools, etc.) -Experience working with the U.S. market
