Description

JOB ROLE

We are transforming and heading in the right direction and want to recruit another advocate of knowing when to slow down and deeply understand a problem and when to move fast and iterate. We are exploring how AI has been transforming our approach to design, product and engineering and want to work with someone open to experimenting with AI tools while maintaining strong design opinions.

What you’ll focus on

  • Internal clinical tools

Your primary area. Build interfaces that help caregivers move faster and make better decisions: the kind of work that’s invisible to patients but felt in every interaction.

  • Research that earns its seat at the table

Run lightweight interviews and usability tests. Synthesise fast. Part of the job is making research actionable and showing sceptics why short, iterative research matters.

  • Design system

Help evolve a shared component library deployed across all European markets. Your decisions have a multiplied impact.

  • AI-driven features

Define what personalisation at scale actually looks like for patients — not what’s technically possible, but what’s genuinely useful.

  • Ruthless prioritisation to keep iterating rather than pushing another V1

Step by step understand when to build fast and when to investigate, to ensure that we iterate on our experiences and get always better in solving existing problems – not chasing new problems every week.

Who you are

  • Service Design / System Thinker: You don’t just think in individual frames but in flows and systems, mapping the user experience and cohesion between features. You understand how one screen is linked with before and after and how it can impact a patient’s life.

  • The Strategic Owner: You don’t just hand off problems. You take a brief, research it, design it, and ship it. Your portfolio highlights your thinking process as much as the outcome.

  • Clear Communicator with leadership: You speak the language of both engineering and clinical teams, presenting complex trade-offs to stakeholders without relying on jargon. You are able to express yourself shortly and clearly.

  • High Agency: In our high-trust culture, you don’t wait for permission. You identify friction, propose solutions, and drive them forward across async channels.

The Requirements

  • 4–7 years designing consumer-facing digital products, ideally in education, health, wellness, or behaviour-change contexts.

  • A strong end-to-end portfolio showcasing research, rationale, and iterative problem-solving.

  • Self-driven; the ability to set your own direction without a detailed brief.

  • Fluency in Figma and familiarity with component-based thinking and engineering handoff.

  • Curiosity towards AI tools such as Claude Design.

  • Ability to map complex flows quickly using wireframes that articulate the problem clearly.

  • Proactive communication in a remote-first, async environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience in regulated clinical environments like telehealth or digital health.

  • Experience with data-heavy B2B products, with knowledge on how to build systems that bridge the gap between internal and external users

  • Familiarity with behaviour change frameworks

  • Exposure to AI personalisation and working across multiple European localisation contexts.
