Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Manage and maintain existing product compliance data processes and tools; collaborate with Zoro technology group and other teams as necessary in identifying and implementing improvements.
• Review products being offered to customers to determine suitability for sale in US market. Identify compliance risks and collaborate with other teams on appropriate resolution.
• Support Zoro’s private label program by participating in SKU development and on-going support for all compliance related requirements and processes.
• Partner with other teams on building a risk-appropriate private label program that will fuel company growth.
• Research, interpret, and develop action plans to address product compliance restrictions, individual customer product compliance requests, and other initiatives that impact Zoro’s ability
• Assist in answering internal and external customer questions on product compliance related topics.
• Assist in the classification and compliance of hazardous materials; provide guidance to Customer Service, Logistics, and other teams in handling returns and fulfilment.
• Facilitate product stop-sales/recalls and manage associated protocols for returns. Maintains deadlines on deliverables and communicates on an ongoing basis with business partner
