Do you consider yourself both a hands-on product builder and a systematic team enabler? If yes, join us as Product Analytics Manager and help shape the future of customer support at scale!
Your daily adventures will include:
-
Build and lead a high-performing team of product analysts, raising the bar on quality, collaboration, and technical excellence.

-
Define metrics that matter and set the gold standard for A/B testing, driving faster and better product decisions.
-
Spearhead the development of analytical solutions, from self-service data products to automation impact measurement and conversational analytics.
-
Own end-to-end analytical projects within the CS domain, from design to delivery, while enabling the team through best practices, training and adoption of new tools and methodologies.
About you:
-
You have a proven track record in data analytics within product companies, including managerial experience leading high-performing teams.
-
You hold a university degree in Economics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Management, or a related field.
